Handle customer inquiries / requests by telephone, chat and email.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Promote our products in every interaction.

Follow up customer inquiries when necessary.

Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.

Identify, research, analyze and resolve customer complaints.

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes.

Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan (ocean and inland), including potential solutions or alternatives.

Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards share knowledges and best practices.

We are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience.

Previous experience in shipping / logistics and reefer cargo is highly preferred.

An excellent team player.

Able to work under pressure keeping quality in focus.

Good Process understanding &digital proficiency.

Energetic, Well-organized, and Self-Initiated.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

and communication-skills

Strong execution mindset

Strong Cost conscious and optimization mindset

Speaks and reads fluently English desired, medium level acceptable.
